Terms of Service
These Terms govern access to Fish, a community and live-event operations service provided by HiSelma. By using Fish or authorizing an account, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
Access and accounts
You must use an account you are authorized to control, provide accurate authorization information, protect access to your devices, and comply with Discord's and TikTok's applicable terms. Access to operational features may be restricted to approved users. You may not transfer or share an authenticated session.
Permitted use
You may use Fish only for lawful community administration and live-event operations. You may not bypass access controls, probe or disrupt the service, impersonate another person, upload malicious content, scrape protected data, or use event information to harass, discriminate against, or exploit users.
Third-party services
Discord and TikTok are independent services and are not operated or endorsed by HiSelma. Discord authentication is governed by Discord's terms. TikTok LIVE event collection may rely on an unofficial, reverse-engineered protocol and can stop working when TikTok changes its systems.
Live and financial event data
Fish may display gift, subscription, diamond, and other platform event information for reporting. Fish does not process payments, determine the cash value or legal ownership of gifts, or use financial events for giveaways, wagering, or automated rewards.
Availability and changes
Fish is provided on an as-available basis. HiSelma may maintain, modify, suspend, or discontinue features to address reliability, security, legal, or platform changes. There is no guarantee that every third-party event will be detected or retained.
Ownership
HiSelma retains rights in Fish and its original software, design, and documentation. Users retain rights they may have in their content. Authorization gives Fish only the limited permission needed to operate the requested service.
Suspension
HiSelma may suspend or revoke access for misuse, security risk, legal requirements, or violation of these Terms. You may stop using Fish and revoke its Discord authorization at any time.
Disclaimer and limitation
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Fish is provided without warranties of uninterrupted availability, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose. HiSelma is not responsible for outages or changes caused by Discord, TikTok, network providers, or other systems outside its reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
