Privacy Policy
HiSelma operates Fish, including the public website, protected live panel, and Windows companion. This policy explains what information Fish handles, why it is used, and the choices available to you.
Information we handle
- Discord account information: when you authorize Discord, Fish receives your Discord user ID and username and may receive basic profile fields included in Discord's identify response. The access token is used transiently to retrieve that identity and is not retained by Fish. Fish does not receive your Discord password.
- TikTok LIVE events: public or stream-visible identifiers, display names, comments, gifts, diamond values, subscriptions, follows, shares, moderation events, timestamps, and related event metadata.
- Operational information: login and export audit records, session identifiers, IP address and browser details in server access logs, relay health, error logs, and security events.
Gift and diamond records describe TikTok platform activity. Fish does not collect payment-card or bank-account details.
How information is used
Information is used to authenticate authorized operators through Discord, display and export live-event activity, maintain service security, diagnose failures, prevent replay or unauthorized access, and comply with legal obligations. Financial events are view-only and are never used to enter or weight giveaways.
Disclosure and service providers
Fish communicates with Discord for authentication and receives TikTok LIVE events through its event companion. Fish also uses infrastructure providers to host and secure the service. Information may be disclosed when required by law or necessary to protect users and the service. HiSelma does not sell personal information or use it for third-party advertising.
Retention
Live-event records are retained for up to 365 days, subject to an earlier 500,000-event capacity limit. Dashboard sessions expire after 12 hours and temporary authorization records expire after approximately 10 minutes. Security, audit, and server logs are retained only as reasonably needed for operations, abuse prevention, and legal compliance.
Your choices
You may decline authorization, revoke Fish in your Discord account settings, or ask HiSelma to provide access to, correct, or delete personal information associated with you. Some records may be retained where legally required or necessary for security and abuse prevention.
Security and international processing
Fish uses restricted access, HTTPS, protected credentials, short-lived sessions, signed relay requests, and audit logging. No system is completely secure. Information may be processed where HiSelma's service providers operate and remains subject to applicable law in those locations.
Children
Fish is not directed to children under 13. Do not use the service if you are not permitted to use your Discord account under Discord's rules.
